Being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease at age 38 was quite the blow to Bob Benjamin – but instead of taking his diagnosis laying down, Bob chose a different path. In this documentary, Bob recruits his friends – including musicians he worked with across the years – to help him fight the disease through song. In 2000, Bob and company founded the Light of Day Foundation, responsible for putting on an annual music festival on the Jersey Shore that has grown into a international series of concerts, raising over a million dollars toward Parkinson's research to date. JUST AROUND THE CORNER takes you through Bob's life, from before his diagnosis to the beginnings of his incredible foundation, accompanied by the music of the artists who donated their time and talent to this cause... including "The Boss" himself, Bruce Springsteen.
